Warranty
Motherboards Direct offers a 1 year warranty on
all its products including components and
systems. If your system or component fails
within 1 year of invoice date, Motherboards
Direct will repair or replace the defective
product. Due to rapid changes in the industry,
Motherboards Direct reserves the right to make
substitutions if a replacement is necessary.
All substitutions will be of equal or greater
value.
Any components not purchased from Motherboards
Direct added in after the initial assembly of a
system will not be covered or supported.
However, adding components to the system after
the invoice date does not void your warranty.
Warranty is void if serial numbers, receiving
numbers, product stickers, or manufacturing
seals have been removed, altered or tampered
with. Warranty is void if mishandling, improper
use, or defacing of the product that would
normally void a manufacturer’s warranty has
occurred. Products damaged due to improper or
inadequate packaging when returned for RMA
purposes are not granted warranty coverage.
Warranties do not cover customer induced damage
and damage due to external causes including
accident, abuse, misuse, problems with
electrical power, usage not in accordance with
product instructions and failure to perform
preventative maintenance. Any items that are
physically damaged, written on or altered/
rework in any way will not be covered under
warranty. Motherboards Direct is not
responsible for loss or integrity of data on
customer’s hardware.
Return Process
If you need to return any product, a valid RMA
number is required. To obtain an RMA number
contact our technical support department at
877-520-8598. After an RMA is issued the
product must be returned no later than 15 days
from the issue date of that RMA. Any product
received without a valid RMA number will be
refused. The cost of shipping a returned of
defective product is the responsibility of the

Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason your are not satisfied with
the product, you may return it to us and obtain
a credit or refund excluding shipping and
handling charges and any restocking fees as
appropriate. To qualify you must return the
product and any accompanying reference manual,
media or other associated documentation within
14 days of shipment. Opened Software does not
qualify for the money back guarantee.
Motherboards Direct reserves the right to charge up to
a 25% restocking fee.

If there is a problem with the product you
purchase, you should refer to the user’s manual,
or manufacturer’s web site for assistance. If
this does not resolve problem Motherboards
Direct offers you a lifetime toll-free Technical
Support.
